Maiz the Label does not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. If you do believe your item is faulty please us asap.

 

RETURNS
Complete the Maiz the Label Returns Form via the link here
You will then receive an email with your Return Authorisation form, a pre-paid post label and shipping instructions including a returns address.

  • Place the RA form inside your parcel along with your items.
  • Attach the pre-paid post label to the outside of your parcel
  • Take your parcel to your nearest Post Office.
  • Return shipping costs will be incurred by Maiz the Label.
  • Refunds will only be credited back to the original method of payment.
  • Please note: we do not refund the original shipping cost of the item.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe the item you have purchased is faulty, please contact rhi@maizthelabel.com.au and include a photo of the garment and we will arrange another item for exchange or refund. Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange products that are faulty due to misuse or not related to the manufacture of the item.

Please note: items in the "sale" collection page are 'as is' and 'final sale'. No returns or exchanges on these babes as they are being phased out ready to welcome some new Maiz gear.

REFUNDS

We do not accept refunds for any of our Maiz items. We will do our best to replace or exchange your item if it has been deemed faulty and requires replacement, or offer you a credit to put towards purchasing another item for future orders.

All pre-order items are subject to a minimum of a 2 week wait before the garments have hit our warehouse. More information will be given specifically for the garment you are ordering on the items page. Each garment may vary due to the transit time and variations of each drop. Emails and our socials will keep you updated with any extra information where necessary.
I need to make some changes to my order? How can I do this?

CANCELLATIONS + AMENDMENTS TO ORDERS

We are unable to cancel an order after it has been placed. Amendments can be done if you contact us within 2 hours of ordering. Amendments include:

  • Change of delivery address
  • Change of item size, colour or style
If you wish to make any amendments or changes we encourage you to contact us ASAP via Instagram or email.
We do not accept the following amendments:
  • Adding and/or removing items from the order
  • Applying discounts/gift cards
  • Full order cancellations
  • My item is listed for pre-order, when can I expect to see it arrive in my hot little hands?

    When will I be notified that the items in my order have arrived?

    An email will be generated when your items have been packed and picked up by the courier to deliver your Maiz goodies, to your doorstep.

    I’ve changed my mind and want to return my Maiz items?

    Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to change of mind. Please choose carefully before ordering.

    I’ve ordered the wrong size! Can I exchange it for the correct size?

    Yes! Jump online and go to the returns page, click the link, fill in the form, print out the attached documents and return it to the post office.

    My item has arrived and is faulty or damaged? What do I do?

    Contact Maiz the Label within 24 hours of receiving your package, include photos so we can assess the faults or damage from our end. We will arrange to send out a return pre-paid satchel for the faulty item to be sent back in, along with a new item to replace the faulty one.
