Pocket Pals are a thick coloured card, that measures 9cm x 5.5cm - the cards are small enough to fit in any pocket, have a smooth matte finish so that they are comfortable and easy to find in those pockets.
*** Each Pocket Pal card comes with one stone heart.

We encourage parents and children to read the words printed on the card together. To have a safe and open conversation in a regulated state prior to using the Pocket Pal and heart stone, so that both parent and child can put all their feel good and loving energy into the card and stone prior to the big event, day, experience or situation.

It is important to establish what it means to feel safe, calm and okay for your own child’s energy and nervous system and how they can regulate during times of big emotion.

It is also recommended to make an effort to recharge the energy each day or so, talking of the pocket pal, the words, how it helped during their day or if you were thinking of them too.

Your children can reach in,  pull the card out to read or just feel the card or stone inside their pocket and know that they are loved, safe and supported and that you are thinking of them too. 💕

****Recommended for children aged 5 and above who will not place items in mouth - due to small heart gem stone which can be a choking hazard. Please keep away from babies and toddlers.
